What will you be doing?
This is an exciting opportunity for an eager Executive to join our lively, ambitious, and collaborative Investment team.
Successful candidates will have an inquisitive mind, an ability to find solutions when faced with challenges, and work well with others.
The Executive reports into the Publishing & Audio Manager and is responsible for your client’s day-to-day Publishing & Audio media activity (as well as print where relevant), assisting with planning and overseeing a campaign from brief to activation and review.
Responsibilities
Core responsibilities of the role are:
- Assist the Manager, Senior Executive, and other Executives with the execution of multiple Digital Display, Print and Audio campaigns.
 - Regular reporting in both Excel and client dashboards.
 - Manage internal relationships with Planning and Activation teams, as well as external relationships with clients, supplier partners, and 3rd parties
 - Coordinate delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch.
 - Traffic campaigns into technology platforms.
 - Handle internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns.
 - Demonstrate an understanding of process, prioritisation of tasks, professionalism, and accuracy.
 - Ensure finance protocols are adhered to, including client reconciliations and finance queries.
 
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrable interest in advertising and technology.
 - Strong interest in Microsoft Office solutions, particularly Excel.
 - Highly organised and capable of prioritising tasks on busy accounts.
 - Excellent communication skills over email, verbally and face to face.
 - Interest in developing negotiation and relationship management skills to deliver value for clients.
 - Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities and able to work without supervision.
 - Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 - Ability to develop and learn new processes.
 - Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
 - Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
