Programme Overview

• Duration: 18 months
• Rotations: Three 6-month rotations

What to Expect

• An opportunity to gain a range of experience, knowledge and skills within the Exports and International Sales function.
• Adaptability & Flexibility: Be prepared to travel and relocate across our sites in NI, ROI and GB.

Essential Criteria:

• A degree-level qualification with a minimum of 2:2 in the following disciplines –  Exports and International Sales
• Must be willing to relocate or be based across any Pilgrim’s Europe sites
• A valid driver’s license.
• Availability to start the programme on the specified date. (September)
• Demonstrated leadership potential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• High level of motivation and a proactive attitude.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Hungry and in a hurry to grow your career.

Desirable Criteria:

• Having completed work experience or a placement year in Exports and International Sales or the food industry is desirable but not a necessity.

 As part of our graduate programme, you will be required to have entitlement to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer sponsorship for this programme.
